Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo Hotel, São Paulo

My visit to the spa was an absolute highlight! The facility had a cinema-like ambiance, and I indulged in one of the best massages I've ever experienced. It was the perfect escape in the midst of busy São Paulo. Highly recommend to anyone in need of some pampering!

The breakfast at Grand Hyatt was a good experience! The variety was impressive, catering to both traditional and modern tastes, including vegan and gluten-free options. I especially loved the made-to-order omelette bar and the beautifully crafted dessert they prepared for us to celebrate a birthday!

I stayed in a well-appointed room that felt incredibly spacious and welcoming. The queen bed was extraordinarily comfortable, and the toiletries provided were of high quality, making my stay feel luxurious. I appreciated the attention to detail in room design and cleanliness.

The business facilities at this hotel are really good. I had the opportunity to utilize the conference room in the Grand Club, and the staff was very accommodating, making for a seamless experience. There was also a great variety of tech equipment available in the gym, which made my stay productive.
